Author's Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Paper Submission

  • All manuscripts submitted to CUIJR undergo a strict plagiarism screening process, including checks for self-plagiarism. Any submission found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected outright and will not proceed to the review stage. If plagiarism is identified after acceptance or payment, the Program Committee reserves the authority to revoke the acceptance and exclude the paper from publication.
  • To ensure proper formatting, authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official CUIJR templates available in both DOC and LaTeX formats.
  • Only manuscripts written in English will be reviewed. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek help from a proficient English speaker or professional editor to improve clarity and correctness before submission.
  • Each manuscript must begin with a clear, concise, and informative abstract.
  • A minimum of five relevant keywords should be listed immediately after the abstract to enhance the discoverability of the paper.
  • Acknowledgments, including any sources of financial or institutional support, should be placed before the References section.
  • References must be listed in a separate section at the end of the manuscript. They should be cited using numbered square brackets and formatted according to CUIJR reference guidelines.
  • All figures and tables should be clear, high-quality, and free from noise or visual clutter. Graphs should display only the axes or, if necessary, major grid lines to maintain readability. Authors must submit figure and image files in suitable formats and at the required resolution.

Article Acceptance Requirements

  • The standard review duration for a submitted manuscript usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.
  • The manuscript must present original work that contributes meaningfully to the existing knowledge within the relevant subject area. Review and survey papers are also acceptable, even if they do not introduce new experimental findings.
  • The findings described in the manuscript should not have been published or submitted elsewhere. However, extended versions of previously presented conference papers may be submitted with proper citation.
  • Experiments, statistical evaluations, and related analyses should be conducted with high technical rigor and explained with sufficient clarity and detail.
  • The conclusions must be clearly articulated and supported by the data presented in the manuscript.
  • The paper should be written in clear, coherent, and grammatically correct Standard English.
  • All relevant and recent references to previously published work must be properly cited and included in the reference list.

Copyright Form

Submission of a manuscript signifies that the work is original and has not been previously published, except as an abstract or as part of a lecture, review, or thesis. It also confirms that the manuscript is not simultaneously under review by any other journal or publication. All authors and the relevant institutional authorities must have approved the submission. Upon acceptance, the authors agree that copyright for the article will automatically transfer to the publisher. The manuscript will not be published elsewhere, in any language, without written permission from the copyright holder. Authors are responsible for securing written permissions for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript and for covering any associated costs.

If found any difficulty during submission, you can contact us at editor-cuijr@chirayuuniversity.ac.in  .
